Directions:
For adults, add approximately 1 scoop (10 g) of Multi Collagen Protein powder 1 to 2 times daily with 6-8 ounces of room temperature water or juice and mix thoroughly. Can also be added to smoothies, coffee, soups, and other foods. Stir vigorously or use blender for best results. For optimum nutritional benefits, drink as suggested on an empty stomach. Collagen powder will clump in cold water. To enjoy in cold water without clumping, mix with room temperature water first and then add ice.
