Directions:
Initial Use: For adults, take 3 quick release capsules at bedtime with 8-12 oz of water on an empty stomach or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take for 7 days or until desired results are achieved. Maintenance: Take 3 quick release capsules one to three times per week or as directed by your health care practitioner Drink plenty of water while using this product. Daily dosage can be decreased based on preference and intended purpose Do not exceed the recommended dose.
